At Jadia Store, we are committed to providing a high-quality custom tailoring experience for every client. Since all pieces are made specifically based on the customer’s request, we follow clear and transparent policies to ensure your full satisfaction.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are completed within 7 to 14 business days.
This timeframe does not include shipping or delivery time.

2. Alteration Policy

  • Alterations are free of charge after receiving the item.

  • The customer is responsible for courier fees for pickup and delivery.

  • Alteration time depends on production scheduling.

3. Return Policy

Because all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.

The following are not considered defects:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Natural variations in fabric texture.

  • Incorrect sizing if the customer provided inaccurate measurements.

4. Manufacturing Defects

If the item has a clear manufacturing defect:

  • You must contact us on the same day of receiving the order.

  • You must send photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • The item will be returned for correction or remaking at no cost to you.

  • We cover shipping or courier fees only when the defect is from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not available because all items are tailored per the customer’s request and measurements.
An exchange may only be approved if the item has a manufacturing defect that requires remaking.

6. Cases Not Covered by This Policy

  • Change of mind after production begins or after receiving the item.

  • Items that have been used or washed.

  • Any alternation or misuse affecting the original condition of the item.

7. Force Majeure

Order processing and handling may be affected in situations beyond our control such as:
natural disasters, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances that impact workflow.
